Supply Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

  • Create a spreadsheet of supplies and coordinating vendors

  • Update the supply spreadsheet every 3 weeks

  • Inform Bookkeeper of supplies that are needed

  • Collaborate with Programs Coordinator and Events Coordinator to determine if special supplies need to be ordered

  • Develop training materials for the Supply Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

  • Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

  • Report to the Bookkeeper and if needed, Gallery Manager
