Volunteer Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

  • Work with Website & Calendar Manager to obtain and maintain an updated spreadsheet of all current members

  • Communicate with Board members and Coordinators to determine volunteer needs

  • Establish a Volunteer Committee to fill any Guild and/or Gallery needs for open positions or events

  • Develop training materials for the Volunteer Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

  • Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

  • Report to the Guild Membership Chair
