Sling Art Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

• Manage and maintain the number of prints displayed in the slings

• Check-in ​Sling Art (prints) on the Inventory Sheets

• Verify that ​the artist's Sling Art ​inventory is in the POS system

• File Inventory Sheets in the Artist Inventory Binder

• Ensure Sling artists replenish their inventory as items sell

• Communicate with Sling Art artists as needed

• Develop training materials for the Sling Art Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

• Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

• Report to the Merchandising Manager
