Center Marketing Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

  • Act as a Marketing liaison between SAAG and the La Encantada Shopping Center (LESC) Marketing Team

  • Develop an annual Center Marketing budget for public events and submit it to the Guild Marketing Chair

  • Develop and maintain an annual Center Marketing Calendar for public events in the plaza area of La Encantada

    • Share details and deadlines of the Center Marketing Calendar with the Board of Directors, Coordinators, and/or Managers

    • Coordinate with the LESC Marketing Team for every event

    • Oversee all SAAG public events in the plaza area of LESC

    • Recruit members to help with monthly Center events

  • Work with Guild Membership, Marketing, and Outreach Chairs and the Gallery Manager to develop marketing material for classes, workshops and other public events hosted at the Gallery

    • Share SAAG created marketing material with the LESC Marketing Team

  • Develop training materials for the Center Marketing Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

  • Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

  • Report to Guild Marketing Chair
