Scholarships Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

• Actively pursue opportunities to provide art or art related scholarships in Southern Arizona communities

• Develop an annual Scholarships budget and provide it to the Guild Outreach Chair

• Create, maintain, and update criteria for awarding scholarships

• Award scholarships

• Develop training materials for the Scholarships Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

• Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

• Report to the Guild Outreach Chair
