Reconciliation Committee

This committee is comprised of Gallery artist volunteers who understand the Square POS (Point of Sale) and Inventory systems.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

• Assist Reconciliation Manager in the reconciliation of weekly and monthly sales transactions and returns

• Meet each Monday and either the 1st or 2nd of the following month to do the month end reconciliation

• Verify the sales listed on the daily sales logs match the individual artist's Inventory Sheets and the number of items sold weekly/monthly
