Jewelry Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

• ​Ensure​ jewelry displays are adhering to the Gallery Policies and Procedures Manual

• Verify jewelry artists have the appropriate number of labeled boxes for the inventory in their displays

• Conduct random inventory checks

• Ensure ​Price Labels are printed correctly and contact artists if changes need to be made

• Ensure Jewelry artists replenish their inventory as items sell

• Communicate with Jewelry artists as needed

• Develop training materials for the Jewelry Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

• Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

• Report to the Merchandising Manager
