Programs Coordinator
This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.
Maintain and update an annual Program Calendar
Coordinate and schedule programs for ten Member Meetings (4 critiques, 6 programs, no programs in July or December)
Solicit new speakers or presenters
Communicate with the speakers about their presentation and any A/V requirements
Coordinate with the Operations & Property Manager and Volunteer Coordinator to help with onsite A/V, chair and meeting set up
Coordinate with the Website & Calendar Manager, Advertising Coordinator, and Newsletter Coordinator to advertise Programs to SAAG members
Develop an annual Programs budget and submit it to the Guild Membership Chair
Arrange necessary payments for presenters and other costs with the Bookkeeper
Develop training materials for the Program Coordinator position and train a member as a backup
Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life
Report to Guild Membership Chair
