Sales Notification Coordinator

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

• Coordinate with the Reconciliation Manager

• Email Gallery artists weekly with their sales and return information 

• Follow up with artists about sales information as needed

• Develop training materials for the Sales Notification Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

• Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

• Report to the Reconciliation Manager and if needed, the Gallery Manager
