Website & Calendar Manager

This is a paid position and is currently filled.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

  • Manage SAAG Website

  • Communicate with web host, StarChapter

  • Collaborate with Executive Board, Board of Directors, Coordinators, and Managers to create, upload, maintain, and change any information on the Website and the Calendar as needed by SAAG

  • Train a member of the Executive Board to access the backend of the Website

  • Create new forms and reports at the request of the Executive Board, Board of Directors, Coordinators, Managers, and/or Bookkeeper

  • Maintain member and non-member databases

  • Send emails, approved by the Executive Board of Directors or the Board of Directors, to members and non-members/patrons at the request of SAAG

  • Generate reports using StarChapter Pay Portal

  • Obtain approval from the Guild Marketing Chair for all expenditures above and beyond the monthly expense of the web host, Star Chapter

  • Submit monthly invoice to Bookkeeper

  • Report to Guild Marketing Chair
