Welcome Coordinator 

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

  • Coordinate with the Website & Calendar Manager to receive and review all new member applications

  • Send a welcome email to all new Guild members

  • Inform new members of monthly meetings, volunteer opportunities, upcoming Programs, Events, and Workshops and help with any questions

  • Direct new members to the appropriate Chair or Coordinator

  • Develop training materials for the Welcome Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

  • Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

  • Report to the Guild Membership Chair
