Welcome Coordinator
This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.
Coordinate with the Website & Calendar Manager to receive and review all new member applications
Send a welcome email to all new Guild members
Inform new members of monthly meetings, volunteer opportunities, upcoming Programs, Events, and Workshops and help with any questions
Direct new members to the appropriate Chair or Coordinator
Develop training materials for the Welcome Coordinator position and train a member as a backup
Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life
Report to the Guild Membership Chair
