Operations & Property Manager

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

  • Manage and maintain all operations and property issues in the Gallery, including, but not limited to, lighting, HVAC, the interior space, electrical, and facilities maintenance

  • Develop an annual Operations & Property budget and submit it to the Gallery Manager 

  • Coordinate with Center Management as it pertains to the property and the SAAG leasing agreement

  • Assist with set up and tear down at Gallery functions and events

  • Develop training materials for the Operations & Property Manager position and train a member as a backup

  • Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

  • Report to the Gallery Manager
