Below is a list of tasks for this position.
Manage and maintain all operations and property issues in the Gallery, including, but not limited to, lighting, HVAC, the interior space, electrical, and facilities maintenance
Develop an annual Operations & Property budget and submit it to the Gallery Manager
Coordinate with Center Management as it pertains to the property and the SAAG leasing agreement
Assist with set up and tear down at Gallery functions and events
Develop training materials for the Operations & Property Manager position and train a member as a backup
Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life
Report to the Gallery Manager
