Free Drawing Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

• Ask Gallery artists to donate artwork for the monthly Free Drawing

• Keep a spreadsheet of artists who have donated

• Work with the Donation Coordinator to send donation thank you card

• On the first day of the month

• Remove prior month’s Free Drawing gift from the display

• Arrange the display for the new month’s Free Drawing gift

• Draw a winner from the slips

• Contact the winner to inform them they have won and they should come to the Gallery to pick up their item

• Collect all customer drawing slips and mail them to the Website & Calendar Manager

• Develop training materials for the Free Drawing Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

• Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

• Report to the Gallery Manager
