Exhibits Coordinator
This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.
Recruit new and encourage current members to participate in Guild Exhibitions
Actively seek out new Exhibition locations
Manage and update an annual Exhibition Calendar
Develop an annual Exhibitions budget and submit it to the Guild Outreach Chair
Meet with management at the Exhibition locations
Follow and fairly administer the SAAG Exhibition Criteria for each Exhibition location
Create flyers and other exhibition material with the Advertising Coordinator and Newsletter Coordinator to advertise the Exhibition to the members, non-members/patrons, and the public
Maintain the Exhibition Application and update it as needed with the Website & Calendar Manager
Recruit jurors and judges from Guild membership
Schedule and arrange for refreshments at the Exhibition location for the artist’s reception
Award winners of the Exhibitions
Arrange necessary payments for winners, judges, and other Exhibition costs with the Bookkeeper
Develop training materials for the Exhibits Coordinator position and train a member as a backup
Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life
Report to the Guild Outreach Chair
