Card Art Coordinator

This is a volunteer position and can be split into two Co-Coordinator positions.

Below is a list of tasks for this position.

• Manage and maintain the number of cards displayed in the card racks

• Check-in ​Cards on the Inventory Sheets

• Verify that​ the artist's Card inventory is in the POS system

• File Inventory Sheets in the Artist Inventory Binder

• Ensure Card artists replenish their inventory as items sell

• Communicate with Card artists as needed

• Develop training materials for the Card Art Coordinator position and train a member as a backup

• Actively recruit new members of all ages and walks of life

• Report to the Merchandising Manager
